I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but unfortunately, this was the worst service I’ve experienced. I chose this office because it was closer than my usual dentist, but I was disappointed. I scheduled a 1:30 PM appointment over the phone but was never informed that the first visit was only for X-rays and that I’d need a separate appointment for a cleaning. I arrived early to complete paperwork, yet the X-ray process took too long. By 2:50 PM, I was still waiting to see the dentist for a simple evaluation, so I decided to leave. The only positive was the front desk receptionist, who was kind and provided great service. Unfortunately, the overall experience was frustrating and poorly managed.

I take my sister to CHI. I really like the doctors. They’re very good. Very helpful. They know what they’re doing. Very nice. Very good. Customer service. I highly recommend CHI also in the dental very good.

Ladies at the front desk are polite and nice. Once you're in, the care team treats you with kindness and empathy. Dr. Wooley is amazing and takes her time to listen to your concerns to address them accordingly.

I Love This Place. My Doctor Listened To Me On What I Was Feeling And Checked Everything Out For Herself. The Staff Was Amazing. Spoke Great English. They We’re Patient With Me. Definitely A 10/10.

The doctor Sybil Wooley was so well experience and I was so comfortable with her. This was my 1st appointment with her. She is very down to earth and cares about her patients. She is truly a keeper as a doctor. I am glad I change my doctor. I would recommend her to anyone.
