First impression, I have to admit with one of the other reviews , it was a little smelly the carpet definitely needs a shampoo, the plaza is something that the facility manager has to address to the property management. The staff did everything in a timely manner , the food was nice and warm. The vases used as center pieces needed to be washes and dried before stating them on the table. I was a guest for a dinner party and I would recommended for any activity in low budget.
Yesterday, June 24, 2017 my husband and I celebrated 10 years of marriage at Princess Ballrooms. It was awesome! Billy was so attentive and full of wonderful surprises. My decorations were beautiful! The food was hot and the servers were kind and very helpful. The fully stocked open bar was a treat. Billy surprised me with a cake topper, aisle decorations, and silver plates that really made everything at my table pop. When my presentation wouldn't play the music I created it with he found The songs himself and put a smile back on my face. When the seating had to be changed at the last minute he took the time to retype it and set my mind at ease. I couldn't ask for anything more he was determined to keep a smile on my face the entire night and we appreciate all he did for our special night.
I booked for a wedding. And canceled 4 months in advance. I was not expecting my deposit back, but the owner could of at least returned my extra money back that I gave, not to mention it was only 150$ extra couldn't even respond to my messages or phones calls and voicemail. Been still trying to contact him for almost 5 months and he is not responding. That's great relationship,customer service way to go!!!
This establishment was unprofessional overall. The venue was booked until midnight they start removing decorations from before 1130 pm. They threw away the food before guest even got a chance to enjoy it and starting stripping the chairs while the guest were still sitting in them. When you speak to the “owner” it seems that this is something that he does for every occasion. It seem as if they were kicking you out and to pay thousands to make sure everything was in place it was extremely mediocre and unprofessional.
The owner is a one-man-show, and he doesn't do anything right. He booked 2 parties in one day and kept the guests waiting outside. As a DJ, he played whatever he wanted with no regard for the provided playlist. As a decorator, he did not include everything we asked for. Overall, not worth it; find someplace else.
