When we decided to move out of the Keys and rent our house Natalie, John and Coastal as our property managers were excellent. They found us great tenants and handled the issues that typically come up while we are a thousand miles away. With Coastal unexpected problems were not a problem! With great advertising, web sites, open houses, showings and lots of followup they turned a soft market into a profitable sale for us. Their experience and understanding of the Keys market gave us the edge we needed to get a price much higher that we thought we could.
