This is one of the most worse place that I have ever treated in for my pregnancy. The people that you first meet at the front desk are great beyond that point it’s all headaches from there. The doctors are extremely rude and inattentive. They canceled two of my appointments and marked me as a no-show and blamed me for not going to the appointments. It got to the point that the situation had to be brought up to the director by the doctor because of the poor professionalism of the nurses. The day I had my ultrasound I only received an appointment paper from them without getting an order, went to get my ultrasound and once I got there, I found out that I was not able to do it without an order. I called the office and was unable to get through to them directly. The staff told me that he was not able to give me the direct number to the clinic. He spoke to the director of the clinic and supposedly the director of the clinic tried to speak to the doctor and have the doctor do the order right there and then which it would just be write my name up top and a simple check on the order for me to get the ultrasound and the doctor simply did not do it and I had to reschedule. My ultrasound was already late and past due to the two appointments that they had canceled on me and they didn’t even have the courtesy to quickly do the order for me to at least be seen and for things to not be prolonged. If you have the chance to find a different place to go For your pregnancy, don’t hesitate and find another place to go because you will not be happy with the results here.
I have been taking my son to this location for a little less than a year. It has been hard to find a dentist office that will work my son who has Autism. The staff, assistants and doctors are extremely helpful, patient and friendly. They all greet my son with a warm welcome and take their time to walk him through every single process and make him feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone at this office for being extremely helpful, patient and caring towards my son.
I have kept my children at the Homestead location because of the doctor but they need to be cleaner with the facility and focus on ppl and their needs from the moment you walk in the office.
Delayed services like most locations, even with scheduled appointments but tonight I finally had the energy to go for a second opinion on this head cold. 1 nurse outside tell me their closed, 20 minutes prior and another at the door also stating the doctor left 10 minutes prior, but the 1st stated a MD could exam me After I asked a follow up question. Quality control needs to be improved expeditiously.
