These guys are part of the reason why Homeowners Associations and condominium associations are absolutely demonized all over this country. No response to any claims or concerns. My transponder to enter my own neighborhood was turned off without any notification. I am being kept from my own home despite my efforts to resolve any issue from my side.
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the management services provided by Atlas Property Management.
Unfortunately, my experiences have been quite troubling. The lack of communication from the office has been particularly frustrating; phone calls often go unanswered, and emails seem to receive no response. Additionally, I have observed that resident vehicles are being towed without proper notification, and there seems to be little regard for resident concerns.
I have also attempted to reach out to a board member regarding these issues, but the response I received was not only unhelpful but also discourteous.
Given the numerous negative reviews and the property's status with the Better Business Bureau, I am left questioning how such a company continues to operate without addressing these concerns. I believe these issues warrant further investigation, and I may consider escalating this matter to local media or municipal authorities if no improvements are made.
I appreciate someones attention to this matter and hope to see that something gets done.
Good Luck finding the supposed to be manager by the name of Frank, he definitely needs to be investigated.
My experience, especially when dealing with Mr. Frank Garcia, one of their representatives, has been very positive. All of my inquiries to Atlas have been answered quickly and professionally.
Frank the”manager” is the most disrespectful person I have never met, a manager to hang up in my face, we pay your salary you tend to me. Won’t solve parking situation, leaves it up to an inhumane system and block you if you “abuse” your 7 guest passes, then block you off from ever receiving one, then proceed to act like children. DONT MOVE TO A PLACE CONTROLLED BY ATLAS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

No returned email. No returned calls.
I asked for reference of a rule in the paper work because the security tells me something different than what is written in the rule book.. no response.
They are scammers and probably get paid off by the tow truck company also…
I feel so sorry for the people renting here. I cannot wait until my lease is over so I can leave this unprofessional community and people…
You really need a new property manager… no wonder the units are all empty..
