On their website they can control the reviews, they will not publish negative reviews, but here it is. I made an online order for almost $2k which had 9 items. Well, 8 items arrived damaged, they charged me for "brand new" items and they sent display / returned /open box items (look at the pictures). When I went to a store to return the only items that fitted in my car, they told me that the items couldn't be changed because they were "old inventory" and the one I was taking to change them were new and they will have to do a refund (of an order which I used discount coupons) and then I will have to buy them again paying full price, that was absolutely disgusting. See the pictures and note that the items arrived with dents, scratches, broken, with the box opened, the ottoman arrived without even box, rusty pieces, etc. Absolutely awful experience, 8 of 9 items have details, and the corporate office's response was that I had to take the items back to a store. You don't need to be too smart to know that if a person paid for shipping and for heavy shipping it is probably because the person cannot pick them up.... what makes you think that I am able to take them back to the store personally if I couldn't pick them up when I bought them?.... disrespectful situation, horrible customer services, nobody solves anything. I hope they would take the same time they use to send tons of marketing emails everyday in solving this kind of disgusting situation, but no. First time buying from AtHome and my very last!! Trust me, avoid this people, as a Local Guide trust me!!

Our nex family adventure take us to At home store located in Kendall with a rating of 4.1 and more than 91 reviews, this place offer you a lots of products for interior design in your home or backyard. I visit in christmas season and was incredible amazing because they have a lot of different inflate and all sizes & all you need to make your home like the north pole, is a huge store but everything is very organized by deparments. High recommend place if want to buy in this christmas season.

Had previously rated this place 5 stars because of all the great home items they sell. But today I’m changing the review because they are deceitful at the store. I was told to get their credit card and if you spend over I think it was 399.00 or something you would get free interest for 6 months. It is not true I called Synchrony which is who they offer their card with. It’s not up to it’s a one time purchase, so I need to spend that amount on one day to not get charged interest. That’s is not good business practice. Avoid their credit card or make sure you get informed. I am now paying interest because they lied to me.

Hello guys! I gave this one 4 starts just for the checkout process. Usually when I go to the store the checkout process is smooth, but tonight the checkout process was lacking a little speed, I do not mind waiting but I saw the cashier Veronica on her phone and she was the only cashier, with some customers and she was taking long to process their merchandise. Then at one moment I look up again and the process was complete. I am not understanding what the hold up was. We had been waiting for more than 10 minutes in line with no one else.

Jose was awesome, excellent customer service; I took a display item thinking it was the last one. Jose looked in his system, found more and walked me over to the item. Awesome employee, definitely coming back.
