They say it takes a long time to earn a good reputation as a short time to ruin a reputation, well I can honestly say that I will never bring my clothes here again. They are overpriced and did a bad job, I took 1 dress shirt for dry clean and 5 shirts for laundry, starch, and press and with all my years in the Marine Corps I do a 100x times better of a job. They charged me $43 and thats with a supposed military veterans discount all because I have become so busy I couldn't iron out my own shirts. Now I have to iron them out anyway cause the shirts that were supposed to get starch, got no starch so they are not crisp and the shirt that was dry cleaned looks like it sat there and wasn't even properly pressed. Throughout my life and especially during my years in the military I know what a quality laundry and press is supposed to be like and this is not it. I gave it 3 stars because they acknowledge servicemembers with a discount or what they consider a discount...If you want to take your clothes here and have to wait several days and maybe get the overpriced and less than satisfactory result I received, go ahead throw your money away and waste your time. I think its best to go somewhere else.
I had my dress that I wore at my son's wedding cleaned here. Took me three months to do it and it came out great. Looks so good. Very friendly service from the staff. I'll use them again. The Tailor was on vacation but I will bring some clothing in to be shortened. Close to where we stay at an RV Park.
Dropped off my suit with owner on Friday, had a pleasant experience with him. I was told the suit would be ready Tuesday by 4pm. I called to see when my suit would be ready, and I was told it wouldn’t be ready for another week or so that because of the heavy stains it has it needs more time. I told them it’s fine I need the suit for an interview Wednesday. They then told me I’d be getting refunded because they haven’t even touched it. I prefer being told they couldn’t do it for me rather than be lied to. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you need it fast.
